1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Fitness Room Concierge ("FRC") mobile or web application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. FRC may modify these Terms at any time, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. Authorized Use

Access is limited to FRC employees, contractors, gym staff, and authorized organization representatives. You agree to use the app solely for legitimate business or maintenance coordination purposes, keep your login credentials confidential, and not share your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, databases, software, designs, text, images, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Fitness Room Concierge, LLC. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for authorized purposes only. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the app.

4. Service Disclaimer

FRC provides a digital platform to facilitate maintenance coordination. FRC is not responsible for gym operations, member safety, or service outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to FRC for app access, or $0 if provided internally.

6. User Content and Submissions

You may upload photos or enter notes for service coordination. You represent that all submissions are accurate and related to legitimate maintenance activity. FRC reserves the right to remove or restrict any content deemed inappropriate or unrelated to service work.

7. Account Management

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. FRC may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the system.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRC, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

FRC may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
